     Upon receipt of the materials, Keepsake Video will scan the photos, crop,
     enhance and/or restore as required and appropriate. Following your organization of
     the photos, Keepsake Video will lay out the project, score the musical selections,
     insert text as required, determine the timing and flow with appropriate
     transitions to enhance the images thereby creating the memorable one-of-a-kind
     DVD you and your family will cherish.

     Every possible arrangement will be made for you to preview and approve the project
     prior to payment.
